LCP Properties Obtains Financing for M Park Plac Vogla in Warsaw

LCP Properties has secured EUR 9.5 million in financing from ING Poland for the M Park Plac Vogla retail center in Warsaw’s Wilanow district.

LCP Properties acquired M Park Plac Vogla in December 2022. The property recently obtained BREEAM certification and went through a rebranding process, officially joining the M Park family.

“This transaction is a significant achievement and signals the beginning of what we believe will be a lasting partnership between LCP Properties and ING Bank,” said LCP Properties CEO James Fife. “We believe that cooperation with such a renowned financial institution will be crucial to the implementation of our plans on the Polish market.”

LCP Properties currently has over 95 retail, office, and warehouse properties in Poland. At the beginning of 2023, the total area of ​​the facilities owned by the company exceeded 360,000 square meters, with an estimated value of EUR 500 million.
