GTC has signed a lease agreement for nearly 1,600 square meters of office space with the Lafrentz Polska Group, which will relocate its headquarters to the Pixel office building in Poznan.
According to GTC, Pixel is located on Grunwaldzka Street, approximately ten minutes from Poznan’s city center. The building is powered entirely by renewable energy and holds a BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” certification. Pixel offers a total of 14,600 square meters of office space and currently houses tenants including Erli.pl, Match-Trade Technologies, and Nickel Development.
Lafrentz Polska Group specializes in engineering consultancy, design, construction supervision, execution, and turnkey interior fit-outs for both public and private sector projects. Beginning next year, the company’s team will operate from a modern office of nearly 1,600 square meters in Pixel.
“For years, Pixel has met the high standards of sustainable construction in Poland and on the Poznan office market,” says GTC Head of Office Leasing Lukasz Jarzylo. “Thanks to the use of technologies, energy-efficient systems, and natural materials, it offers a friendly and efficient working environment. We are pleased that the employees of Lafrentz Polska – an innovative company operating, among other areas, in green-energy infrastructure – will soon be able to benefit from all the advantages of this location.”
