L3Harris Opens Office in Katowice’s Silesia Star

L3Harris, a company focused on the production of advanced electro-optics for industry, law enforcement, rescue services, and the military, has a new office in the Silesia Star office building in Katowice.

The Workplaces team at Globalworth Poland is responsible for the work and arrangement of L3 Harris’s 2000-square-meter premises.

L3Harris is increasing its presence in Europe, as exemplified by the new office in Katowice.

Silesia Star, which was designed by the Kurylowicz & Associates studio, consists of two eight-story buildings with a combined leasable area of ​​over 29,000 square meters. The property is located in the center of Katowice, at Uniwersytecka Street. Tenants have almost 200 parking spaces in the underground garage and an additional 250 at ground level. The building has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and a WELL Health & Safety 2023 certificate.
