Former CTP Acting Group Head of Legal and Group Head of M&A Legal Kveta Vojtova and Head of M&A Michal Felcman have joined the CPI Property Group as Group Head of M&A and Transaction Legal and Deputy COO and Group Head of M&A, respectively.
Vojtova spent more than seven years with CTP, and she was a partner with Vilimkova, Dudak & Partners between 2014 and 2017. She practiced in the CMS law firm from 1997 to 2014.
Felcman was with CTP for nine years, first as Finance Manager, from 2015 to 2021, and then as Head of M&A. Before joining in CTP, he spent seven years with PwC, and two years at Deloitte.
