Krystian Pachowka has joined AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management Logistics Poland.
According to a post on AEW Europe’s LinkedIn page, the company “has expanded its logistics portfolio in Poland in recent years and aims to continue investing in this market.” According to AEW, “in his role, Krystian will oversee the daily management of a 600,000 square meters of logistics portfolio in Poland, which includes both standing assets and ongoing developments.”
Pachowka joins AEW Europe from CBRE Investment Management, where he spent the last six years — the last three and a half as Head of Logistics Asset Management. He also spent five years as Asset Manager CEE with the DWS Group and seven years as Associate Director — Property & Asset Manager with the First Property Group, all in Warsaw.
