The Kingspan Group has completed the pre‑construction phase of its EUR 280 million building-technology-manufacturing campus near Lviv, Ukraine.
The Kingspan Group operates in more than 80 countries, with over 273 manufacturing facilities around the world. It employs over 27,000 people globally. According to the Baker McKenzie law firm, which advised Kingspan on the pre-construction phase, “Kingspan’s investment in this new facility marks the first major commitment by a Western business since the full-scale invasion began. The new campus is expected to create over 700 jobs and will produce advanced insulation, energy-efficient building materials, and district heating solutions, all of which will contribute significantly to Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.”
