Karlin Group’s Kosinka I Residential Project Phase 1 Financing

Karlin Group has secured financing for the preparatory phase for Kosinka I, a premium residential development in Prague’s Liben district.

CMS advised the developer on the financing (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 23, 2025).

According to the firm, Kosinka I is the first stage of a broader plan to transform a long-neglected brownfield near Karlin into hundreds of centrally located apartments, prioritizing smart urban regeneration over greenfield development.
