JTRE Expands Eperia Shopping Mall in Presov

On September 23, 2021, JTRE announced it started its second stage development of the Eperia Shopping Center in Presov, Slovakia, whose construction began in January 2020.

The retail area is, thus, expanding by 50%, with 11,000 square meters of leasable area over three floors that will deliver 25 new shops and include new fashion brands, restaurants, and a multiplex cinema.

“Eperia was our first retail project of such scale, and its second stage expansion will truly leverage its market potential. I believe we have achieved a good mix of shops, restaurants, and services to meet the needs of the over 100,000 residents in Presov and the local area,” commented JTRE Executive Director Pavel Pelikan. “With an enlarged Eperia, Presov has a shopping centre of supra-regional importance.”
