Jakub Leszczynski has become Transaction Director at Accolade.
According to a post on Accolade’s LinkedIn account, “with seven years at Accolade, Jakub has played a key role in expanding our Polish portfolio, which has grown 4.5x in that time. Previously leading our Legal Department and Banking Team, he now takes charge of strategic acquisitions, project financing, and transactional processes—helping to drive continued expansion.”
According to Accolade, “one of his first major achievements [was] leading one of Poland’s largest green refinancing deals, worth EUR 180 million.”
Leszczynski joined Accolade in September of 2018 as General Counsel, after spending two and a half years with both the WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr law firm and another two and a half with the Weil, Gotshal & Manges law firm, both in Warsaw.
