Ionel Purice Becomes CEO of Genesis Property

Genesis Property has announced the appointment of Ionel Purice as Chief Executive Officer.

Purice has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, the last five with Genesis Property, where he contributed to the company’s strategy to develop facilities, experiences, and communities adapted to people’s trends and needs.

Previously, Ionel Purice held the position of CEO of Genesis Development, part of the group founded by entrepreneur Liviu Tudor. In this role, he coordinated and managed Genesis Property’s construction projects and led the transformation process of the YUNITY Park business campus.

Purice has experience in developing complex construction projects, including large-scale shopping malls and residential developments. His responsibilities have included coordinating construction teams, managing project development from the pre-construction to completion stages, creating and optimizing processes, implementing construction contracts, and ensuring compliance with established budgets and deadlines.

“The appointment of Ionel Purice as CEO represents an important moment for Genesis Property and a testament to our commitment to continuously transform ourselves, to ensure our sustainable development and to create facilities and experiences at the highest level,” said Liviu Tudor, President and Founder of Genesis Property. “I strongly believe that visionary leaders are the ones who transform challenges into opportunities and leave their mark on the future, and Ionel is part of this category. I am confident that, in the new formula, the company will continue to exceed expectations and open new horizons.”

“It is an honor to take on this role within an exceptional team, which has proven its value over time through dedication and innovative spirit,” said Purice. “Genesis Property has a solid foundation, built through vision and sustained work, and my commitment is to strengthen these values. I propose to continue the pioneering path that has established us and to further establish ourselves as a trusted leader in the Romanian real estate market.”
