Invesco Real Estate Acquires Cloud One Hotel Gdansk

Invesco Real Estate has acquired the 327-bed Cloud One Hotel Gdansk from Granaria Development Gdansk, a JV between Immobel and Multibud.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The Cloud One Hotel Gdansk will be managed and operated by Motel One Group GmbH — a hotel owner and operator with a portfolio of 94 hotels and over 26,000 rooms in 13 countries in Europe and the US — under a secured 25-year-lease agreement. The seven-story hotel, which is located on Granary Island in the center of Gdansk, has received the BREEAM “Very Good” rating, and is targeting BREEAM “Excellent” certification.
