Intrakat has acquired a EUR 600 million real-estate portfolio from Prodea Investments.
Intrakat, which will soon be renamed Aktor Group of Companies, is a construction-sector company engaged in infrastructure development and commercial and industrial construction.
Prodea Investments is an Athens-Stock-Exchange-listed real-estate-investment company in Greece.
According to the Papapolitis & Papapolitis law firm, which advised Intrakat on the deal, the acquisition will allow Intrakat to expand its activities in the real-estate sector.
