Hochtief Polska to Build the Second Stage of Residential Estate Pasaz Aninski

On October 14, 2021, Hochtief Polska announced that they had signed a contract to build the second stage of the Pasaz Aninski residential complex in Warsaw.

According to the company, the construction will amount to approximately 12,000 square meters and will include eight storeys above ground as well as an underground garage. It will house a total of 117 apartments and a commercial space on the ground floor. Completion of the construction works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.

Hochtief also informed that the residential estate is commissioned by ED Invest, which implements this project in a joint venture with the Orlik-Jantar housing cooperative. This marks the fourth collaboration between the two companies — Hochtief previously worked on Orlik residential complex, and is currently building Wilga VI and ending the first stage of Pasaz Aninski.
