Hillwood Lowicz Poludnie Welcomes Pro-Logis as Tenant

Hillwood has announced Polish Logistics company Pro-Logis has joined the group of tenants at the Hillwood Lowicz Poludnie park by occupying almost 10,500 square meters of space.

Hillwood Lowicz Poludnie is a logistics park located at the A2 motorway junction near Lowicz, Poland. It offers over 108,000 square meters of Class A warehouse and office space in two halls. One of the complex’s anchor tenants is the Dealz chain, which operates its distribution center here.

Pro-Logis is a Polish logistics company with over 14 years of experience, specializing in comprehensive e-commerce and distribution services. Its offerings encompass a full range of services – from warehousing and order picking, through packaging and labeling, to domestic and international transport. Thanks to its proprietary WMS system, the company flexibly supports both large brands and smaller companies, providing scalable and cost-effective solutions.

“We are delighted that Pro-Logis has chosen Hillwood Lowicz Poludnie as a location for further development,” commented Hillwood Polska Business Development Director Wojciech Dachniewski. “This confirms that our investment – combining a great location on the A2, quick access to the A1, and modern, energy-efficient solutions – meets the needs of dynamic logistics companies. I am confident that this space will provide Pro-Logis with solid support in scaling its operations.”
