Hillwood Adds Logistics Park in Gdansk to Portfolio

Hillwood has acquired a logistics park covering nearly 43,000 square meters in the eastern part of Gdansk.

The logistics park, which was acquired from funds managed by Blackstone, consists of two fully leased warehouse buildings on Elbląska Street in Gdansk — one measuring 27,000 square meters and the other 16,000 square meters.

“We are consistently implementing our strategy of investing in the most attractive locations,” commented Hillwood Polska CEO Hubert Michalak. “We focus on fully leased logistics properties that meet the demands of the market. In addition to our development activities, we are increasingly investing in the acquisition of completed projects that complement our portfolio. I am confident that the newly acquired logistics park in Gdańsk will further strengthen our presence across all key logistics markets in Poland.”
