Hexagon Acquires Land in Cluj-Napoca for Mixed-Use Project

Developer Hexagon Group has acquired a 23-hectare land in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from Max Aicher Group.

Popovici, Nitu, Stoica si Asociatii advised the buyer and Kinstellar advised the seller on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 14, 2025).

The property was held through a special purpose vehicle of Max Aicher Group and is within the former Combinatul de Utilaj Greu industrial estate in Cluj-Napoca.

According to Kinstellar, Hexagon Group plans to redevelop the site into a modern mixed-use project.
