HB Reavis’ Nivy Mall Reaches One Million Visitors in Its First 24 Days

On October 26, 2021, HB Reavis announced that their Bratislava-based Nivy Mall attracted one million visitors in its first 24 days of operation.

The news follows HB Reavis announcing the mall had reached 330,000 visitors in its first week (reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on October 12, 2021).

According to the company, an average of 42,000 people visited the commercial center per day — slightly below the 55,000 daily visitors expectation they had announced earlier in October.

The Nivy Mall combines a 70,000 square meters shopping mall with an international bus terminal, green roof, and fresh produce market. In addition, HB Reavis has invested EUR 40 million into the surrounding infrastructure which consists in a 500 meters boulevard with an underground roundabout, cycle paths, and a bike parking tower, as well as public areas full of greenery.
