Head of Commercial Asset Management at AFI Europe Poland Grzegorz Jamroziak has taken on the role of Asset Management Director as well.
Jamroziak joined AFI Europe Poland in March of last year after spending the previous seven years at Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, the three and half before that at Colliers International | Poland, and the three and a half years before that at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). According to AFI Europe Poland, “in his new role, in addition to his current responsibilities, he will oversee the further development of the AFI Home platform in Poland.”
“I am convinced that under Grzegorz’s management, our PRS platform – AFI Home – will continue to develop dynamically, and his experience and commitment will contribute to strengthening our position in the PRS sector in Poland,” said Sebastian Kiec, CEO of AFI Europe Poland. “We are currently focusing on providing the best possible service to tenants in our projects and on stabilizing the level of portfolio occupancy in all sectors of our activity: office, residential and commercial.”
