Golden Star Estate has announced that ITPunkt has joined the tenant mix of Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw by leasing 460 square meters of office space for its new headquarters.
At the same time, existing tenant Paszkiewicz Firma Budowlana has expanded its leased area by 300 square meters, relocating its headquarters to the second building within the complex.
Oxygen Park is an office complex located on Aleje Jerozolimskie within Warsaw’s business district (Jutrzenki 137A). The project comprises two six-storey buildings offering over 18,000 square meters of leasable space. Other tenants at Oxygen Park include Adara, Agfa, Certis Belchim, DiaSorin, ECO3, e-Xim, Eurotronic, Grupa Transportowa, Hamelin, LSI Software, Parker Hannifin, PHINIA, Sodexo, Nieruchomosci Plus, Nowy Styl, Trane, and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions. The project was completed in 2013.
ITPunkt Sp. z o.o. delivers IT services, including IT management and outsourcing, project financing, audits and consulting, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. Founded in 2009 in Katowice, ITPunkt now employs 100 people and operates branches in four Polish cities.
