Globalworth Announces Offer of Ready-to-Work, Flexible Office Spaces

Globalworth has announced that it is introducing a new business line to the Polish market: An offer of
ready-to-work, flexible office spaces.

Under the new brand, Globalworth says, “the company will offer equipped office space, flexible lease terms, and additional services that clients in this segment of the office market usually expect.”

According to Globalworth “the new brand sets a new business direction in the Globalworth service portfolio and is a response to the evolving needs of companies and employees, [who] are increasingly looking for scalable office solutions. The offer includes closed offices intended for start-ups, small, and medium-sized companies, a co-working zone and corporate spaces.”

“The growing market demand for flexible work spaces is a clear trend that we have been observing for several years,” said Artur Apostoł, Managing Director — Real Estate Operations Poland, Globalworth. “The new business line from Globalworth fits perfectly into this dynamic, allowing us not only to supplement our offer, but also to better adapt to the needs of current and future tenants. The new brand will complement the offer of traditional lease with office solutions, which will also function as incubators for developing companies, as well as so-called swing spaces, i.e., spaces intended for clients waiting for their own offices in our buildings to be finished.”
