Eiffage Immobilier Polska Sells Residential Project in Warsaw to Heimstaden Bostad

Eiffage Immobilier Polska has sold a build-to-rent residential project in Warsaw’s Praga-Polnoc district to Heimstaden Bostad.

According to the DWF law firm, which advised Eiffage Immobilier on the deal, the development consists of 185 apartments plus commercial units and parking facilities. As the general contractor, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo will handle construction.

The Dentons law firm advised Heimstaden Bostad.
