Real Management S.A. has announced that DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie has extended its long-term lease at the Vis a Vis Wilanow retail park. The company occupies 93 square meters of retail space, complemented by a large outdoor seating area.
The Vis a Vis Wilanow retail park is located in the southern part of Warsaw, along the route connecting the city center with Konstancin-Jeziorna. According to the Real Management, it offers 17 retail, service, and food-and-beverage units with a total leasable area of 4,300 square meters, and provides 104 parking spaces. The development combines retail and social functions, offering convenient everyday shopping and recreational areas surrounded by green space.
DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie is a chain specializing in petit gateau desserts, cakes, artisanal ice cream, bean-to-bar chocolates, and nut pastes and creams. Founded by Natalia Sitarska and Lukasz Smolinski, the brand operates eleven locations across Poland, including one at Vis a Vis Wilanow for the past five years.
Real Management is a development company focusing on logistics and residential real estate. According to the company, it has operated since 2002 and has delivered commercial and residential projects totaling 265,000 square meters.
