Denisa Gelatkova Becomes Blue Assets CZ & SK Managing Director

Blue Assets CZ & SK, a member of the Panattoni real estate group, has appointed Denisa Gelatkova as its new Managing Director.

Gelatkova has been working for Blue Assets since 2023 as Regional Property Management Director and replaces Robert Chmelar, who, according to Blue Assets, has decided to pursue a career change.

“I want to strengthen the team and create an environment where people feel comfortable, their work is meaningful, and they will grow – both professionally and personally,” commented Gelatkova. “At the same time, I intend to focus more on efficiency, both in day-to-day operations and in the work system, technologies, and data. I would like to teach the team to use modern tools, including artificial intelligence, to save time and make decisions based on data, not assumptions. However, it is equally important to me that we are perceived externally as a stable partner clients can rely on.”

Blue Assets currently manages more than 60 industrial and commercial assets with a total leasable area of over 1.5 million square meters located throughout the Czech Republic. More than 170 tenants operate in the buildings, including companies in logistics, manufacturing, the pharmaceutical industry, and other businesses.
