Deka Immobilien Sells Courtyard by Marriott in Vienna to Art-Invest Real Estate Funds.

Deka Immobilien has sold the Courtyard by Marriott in Vienna to Art-Invest Real Estate Funds GmbH.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Vienna has a distinctive appearance, with an L-shaped floor plan. It has nine floors and two basement levels, and offers a total rental area of 13,200 square meters. Guests have access to 251 rooms, including seven suites, a lobby, and versatile event and dining areas with an outdoor terrace on the ground floor. The top floor houses conference rooms and a fitness studio. It also offers 136 underground parking spaces.

The four-star hotel, completed in 2008, is ideally located at Trabrennstraße 4, in Vienna’s second district, Leopoldstadt.

The tenant is Realotel W Eins Hotelbetriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of the Borealis Hotel Group.
