Logistics operator DB Schenker has leased an additional 9,800 square meters in the Hillwood Rawicz warehouse center.
DB Schenker is one of the world’s largest logistics operators, employing around 72,700 people in over 1,850 locations in 130 countries. In Poland, the company offers land, air, and sea-transport services, as well as contract logistics and supply-chain management. The company has been operating in Hillwood Rawicz since the autumn of last year, when it opened a 17,000-square-meter logistics service center for an optical-products manufacturer was launched (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on October 2, 2024 (here)).
Of the approximately 9,800 square meters of additional space now being leased by DB Schenker, 150 square meters will be used for office purposes.
