Crosspoint Real Estate to Be the Sales Partner for Bucharest’s Novum 56

On October 6, 2021, Crosspoint Real Estate announced that it would be the sales partner on Novum Business Invest’s Novum 56 residential compound in Western Bucharest.

According to the company, the estimated investment value of over EUR 90 million. Novum 56 will be built in two main phases, and the first phase has a deadline for completion Q4 of 2022 and a project completion for sales in Q4 of 2023. The first phase will include a total of 704 apartments, of which 165 are studios, 396 are two-room apartments and 143 are three-room apartments, and a number of 867 parking spaces. The prices in Novum 56 start at EUR 53,900 for studios, EUR 76,900 for two-room apartments and EUR 102,900 for three-room apartments, plus VAT.
