On October 1, 2021, Cordia announced that it had completed its tallest residential building yet in Warsaw, Poland.
According to the company, the project is called Horyzont Praga and is located in Warsaw’s Praga Poludnie district. The residential complex consists of a 17-story and a 5-story block and makes available 164 homes. In addition, it offers a green patio, a two-story-high lobby, ground floor services, as well as a two-story underground garage with electric car chargers and bicycle storage.
