Construction is continuing on the Synteza Housing Estate — a development by Euro Styl S.A. — in the Piecki-Migowo district of Gdansk, at the intersection of Piekarnicza and Lema streets.
Construction is expected to finish in March of 2026, and, once finished, the Synteza Housing Estate project will consist of seven residential buildings with commercial premises, a recreation zone, playground, and kindergarten.
The Office of Legal Counsel Mateusz Jasinski is providing legal counsel to Euro Styl S.A. on matters related to the project.
