Bielenda Leases Space in Panattoni Park Zgierz II

Polish cosmetics manufacturer Bielenda has signed a lease to move into Panattoni Park Zgierz II, from which it will distribute products to customers throughout Poland and abroad.

The Bielenda Group has been present on the market for over three decades, with a portfolio of recognizable cosmetic brands that includes Bielenda, BodyBoom, Soraya, Tolpa, and Dermika, all available in Poland and in nearly 60 countries on five continents.

Under the lease, Bielenda will move into a total of 10,500 square meters of modern warehouse space with social and office facilities. The new warehouse will start operating later this year, and the facility will employ around 40 people.

“We are delighted that another well-known brand, whose products are familiar to consumers throughout Poland, is joining the group of tenants at Panattoni Park Zgierz II,” said Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni. “The trust that Bielenda has placed in us confirms that our park meets the expectations of the most demanding companies. It is a modern logistics space, whose location in the heart of the country enables efficient distribution in all directions. These same advantages of the investment were also appreciated by a leading drugstore chain.”

Panattoni Park Zgierz II is a Class A logistics center located 2.5 kilometers from Poland’s A2 motorway junction and 13 kilometers from the country’s A1 motorway. Another 70,000-square-meter stage of the park is currently under construction – upon completion, the park will offer 120,000 square meters of space.
