BH Meraki Sells Vilnius Office Building to Groa Real Estate Opportunity Fund

BH Meraki UAB, an special purpose vehicle of Baltic Horizon Fund, has sold the Meraki Business Home in Vilnius to the Groa Real Estate Opportunity Fund UAB, which is managed by Groa Capital.

The deal is reportedly valued at approximately EUR 16 million, and the proceeds will be used to redeem EUR 3 million of Baltic Horizon Fund bonds and repay the loan from Bigbank.

Baltic Horizon Fund investors were notified of the sale through a stock exchange announcement on March 7.
