BentallGreenOak Buys Logistics Park Poznan

In August 2021, global real estate investment firm BentallGreenOak bought the Logistics Park Poznan in Poland.

The 88,000 square meter project consisted of the development of an A-Class, multi-tenant logistics center within the Poznan-Jaryszki logistics cluster. At the time of the sale, the Logistics Park was almost fully leased to multinational tenants including Kurier (delivery services), Ekol (logistics operator), FM Logistics (logistics operator) and Still (industrial machinery).

The asset is BREEAM certified with a “Pass/Good” rating.

According to Panattoni, located in the central part of Poland, near the main transport arteries (A1, A2, S8, and S14), the complex will enable efficient nationwide customer service and further strengthen the company’s omnichannel logistics operations.

Echo Investment Sells Brain Park C to Greenstone Asset Management

According to the developer, the fully leased building provides 13,700 square meters of GLA and has an Excellent BREEAM rating. It is part of an office complex designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekci Krakow studio.
