Barcelo has sold the five-star hotel Grand Palace Brno hotel in the Czech Republic to the Czech Inn Hotels Group.
The Czech Inn Hotels Group operates 26 hotels in the Czech Republic.
The Grand Palace Brno, which is located in a prestigious historical building known as Mestsky Dvur, is located on Silingrovo Square in the heart of the city, close to the Cathedral of Saint Peter and Paul and the Spilberk Castle. It was formerly known as Barcelo Palace.
The PRK Partners law firm advised Barcelo on the deal.
