On October 15, 2021, the Balfin Group announced that the East Gate Mall in Skopje will open its doors to the public on October 29, 2021.
According to the company, the East Gate Mall is located five minutes from the center of the Macedonian capital and next to the M4 highway. It spreads across five levels and 57,000 square meters and offers 2,000 parking spots — this makes it the largest shopping destination in North Macedonia and in the surrounding region. The number of visitors per year is estimated at 12 million.
The Balfin Group also informed that the East Gate Mall will provide access to more than 220 global and regional brands from various categories, including fashion, restaurants, electronics, home interior, children’s toys, cinemas, and entertainment.
