On October 6, 2021, Avison Young announced that a PSPA has been signed between Develia and Adventum Group for Sky Tower, the highest skyscraper in Wroclaw.
Avison Young informed that they acted as the exclusive sales agent representing Develia (formerly LC Corp) in the transaction that amounted to EUR 84.4 million. The purchaser is Adventum Group – a fund management company focused on Central European real estate investments.
According to Avison Young, Sky Tower is a multifunctional complex comprising office, retail and residential functions. The property was erected in 2012 and offers approximately 54,000 square meters GLA.
