On November 2, 2021, Avison Young announced that they had provided technical advisory to Adventum Group in their acquisition of a new commercial property in Warsaw, namely the Mercedes-Benz building.
As reported by CEE Legal Matters, the building was acquired by the Adventum Group, along with its facility agreement with Bayerische Landesbank, from IFP Erste Immobilienfonds fur Polen.
According to Avison Young, the property has 21,000 square meters GLA and is located at 1 Daimlera Street. This deal marks the second purchase for Adventum’s Penta fund.
