Aurelia Rachtan, Jakub Rzezuchowski, and Adam Wlochynski Join 7R

Aurelia Rachtan, Jakub Rzezuchowski, and Adam Wlochynski have taken on new regional roles at developer 7R and will be responsible for the development of projects across Poland.

Aurelia Rachtan has assumed the position of Leasing & Development Director for the Malopolska and Upper Silesia regions. According to 7R, “[Rachtan] has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years, spending most of her career at Panattoni, where she served as Associate Development Director. Over the course of her career, she has leased approximately 800,000 square meters of warehouse and industrial space across Poland. At 7R, she is responsible, among other things, for the leasing of the company’s flagship project – 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Krakow.”

New 7R Senior Leasing Manager Jakub Rzezuchowski will oversee the Central Poland, Kielce, and Gliwice regions. “He brings over six years of experience in leasing logistics and industrial space,” 7R reports, “gained at developers such as LCube and Waimea Holding. His professional background includes tenant negotiations, leasing strategy, and market development across Poland.”

According to 7R, new Leasing Manager in Krakow Adam Wlochynski “has been involved in the local commercial real estate market for nearly ten years. His previous experience includes positions at Savills and JLL, as well as responsibility for the commercialization of Unity Centre. At 7R, he supports tenants in the Malopolska and Upper Silesia regions.”
