Atlas Ward Appointed General Contractor for Redevelopment of V Tower

Atlas Ward has been selected as the general contractor for the redevelopment of V Tower, in Warsaw’s central business district. Work on the tower began in January and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.

Atlas Ward’s scope of work includes extensive renovations on all floors, including in the building’s main lobby and external areas. The project also encompasses renovating all installations, including electrical, low-voltage, sanitary systems, ventilation, and heating systems. As part of the redevelopment, the 21-story and 33,700-square-meter V Tower will be equipped with a number of modern emission-reduction and energy-efficiency solutions and technologies.

“The modernization of the V Tower office building has reached its critical phase, said Karol Klin, Director of Commercialization at V Tower. “We have chosen Atlas Ward as the general contractor for the extensive construction and renovation works in our building. It is worth emphasizing that the revitalization of V Tower is about adapting the building to the latest expectations of tenants and users and transforming it into a green building with minimal environmental impact. Ecological aspects are a key element of V Tower’s modernization. Therefore, we are collaborating with renowned companies such as JWA and E.ON Polska. We are implementing decarbonization solutions and minimizing the building’s carbon footprint. V Tower operates on 100% renewable electricity. In partnership with Schindler, we are installing 19 state-of-the-art, energy-efficient elevators. The modernization works are planned to conclude in the summer, and we aim to hand over rental spaces to clients at that time.”

“We are very pleased to take on the revitalization of V Tower and to contribute to this green modernization – sustainable construction has always been part of our DNA,” added Mariusz Gorecki, CEO and General Director of Atlas Ward. “Our commitment to optimal building practices that combine economic efficiency, environmental care, and a client-focused approach sets Atlas Ward apart. We were recognized as the ‘Leader in ESG and Sustainable Development’ in the prestigious *Rzeczpospolita* ‘List of 2000 Largest Polish Companies’ ranking.
