Andrius Barstys Back as CEO at Capitalica Asset Management

The leadership of SBA Group’s investment management company Capitalica Asset Management is changing, with former CEO Andrius Barstys about to return to that position, replacing current CEO Mindaugas Liaudanskas, who assumed the role in September, 2023.

UAB Capitalica Asset Management is an investment management company licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania, with its bonds listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange. It manages investment funds that invest in commercial real estate and private debt instruments in the Baltic States:

Currently, Barstys also serves as the Chairman of the Board and as the manager of two out of the five funds managed by the SBA Group: Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I and Capitalica Z114 Real Estate Fund.

The decision will take effect upon approval by the Bank of Lithuania.

“Change is an inevitable part of every living, growing business organization that strives for the highest standards of quality,” said Barstys. “Together with the professional team at Capitalica Asset Management, we are once again reinforcing the foundation of our operations – ensuring real and stable returns for our investors. This is the cornerstone of our work, and it remains strong. This change will have no impact on our planned activities. Ahead lies the continued expansion of ambitious new projects and the team.”
