Anca Merdescu has become Head of Investments at Square 7, part of M Core.
Merdescu joins from Colliers Romania, where she spent the last decade as Director, Investment & Debt Advisory Services. Before joining Colliers in 2015 she spent a decade as Senior Relationship Manager, Real Estate Project Financing at Raiffeisen Bank Romania.
“With 20 years of experience in the real estate market, Anca has a background in one of the top real estate agencies and commercial banking,” Square 7, part of M Core, stated on its LinkedIn page. “Alongside the management team, she will oversee the company’s real estate investment strategy, acquisitions, portfolio management, and overall investment performance.”
