Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari Sells Former Bucharest Branch to Primavera Development in Bucharest

Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari, via its subsidiary ASIT Services, has sold an office building in central Bucharest to Primavera Development.

The property, located at 74 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, was completed in 2010 and offers approximately 6,450 square meters of space. Until 2021, it served as the Bucharest branch of Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari.

Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari is a Romania-based insurance company and part of the global Allianz Group. 

Primavera Development is a Bucharest-based real estate developer active in the office, residential, and mixed-use segments.

Schoenherr advised the seller on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 25, 2025).
