Allegro and Intersnack Take Up Leases in CA Immo’s Danube House in Prague

CA Immo has signed two lease agreements totaling around 4,400 square meters in Danube House in Riverside Karlin, Prague, with Allegro set to occupy two floors of the building, while Intersnack, an existing tenant, is expanding its office space.

According to CA Immo, “these agreements represent a strong confirmation of the ‘proof of concept’ for the New Danube House. The leasing market has demonstrated a clear appetite for Danube as a premium product, with major occupiers committing ahead of the building’s planned completion.” The company added that the refurbishment of Danube House is proceeding on schedule, with completion planned for the end of Q1 2026. Once finalized, “Danube House will offer 22,500 square meters of modern, sustainable office space combining the highest tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and innovative design.”

The building is a part of the Riverside Karlin campus that also includes Nile House, Amazon Court, Mississippi House, and Missouri Park.

“We are very excited about the decision of Allegro and Intersnack. Signing leases ahead of the planned completion is a confirmation that our decision was right when it comes to taking the iconic Danube House building to the next level to suit the needs of the most demanding forward-looking clients,” commented CA Immo Czech Republic Managing Director Vaclav Jonas.
