Alfa Group Acquires Part of IRIDE Business Park in Bucharest

Romania’s Alfa Group has acquired the largest part of the IRIDE Business Park project and two other nearby properties in Bucharest from Czechia’s CPI Group.

The IRIDE Business Park, which was the first and remains one of the largest business parks in Bucharest, is located in the Pipera neighborhood of the city. In addition to office buildings and logistics spaces, the park includes a parking area, restaurants and cafes, convenience stores, a medical center, and a dental clinic.

According to the PeliPartners law firm, which advised the Alfa Group on the deal, “the transaction is not only limited to the acquisition of office space but also includes related logistics facilities essential to optimize the company’s future operations.”
