Echo Investment has announced it signed a final agreement for the sale of the Brain Park A office building in Krakow to the Arkea Real Estate Investment Management-managed SCPI Transitions Europe.
Building A is part of the first phase of the Brain Park complex, located at the intersection of Aleja Pokoju and Fabryczna Street in Krakow.
“Thanks to its prime location, ESG solutions, efficient workspace design, and vibrant tenant community, Brain Park has become one of Krakow’s most successful office developments,” commented Echo Investment Head of Investment & Divestment Judyta Sawicka. “Building A is being transferred to Transitions Europe, French real estate investment vehicle, fully leased, confirming the sustained recovery of the Polish investment market.”
Tenants at Brain Park A include PepsiCo, Medicover, EY, RISE, the Institute of Forensic Research, Emitel, FOUR SUIT Technology, and Klinika Miracki.
Transitions Europe was advised by Greenstone Asset Management, Dentons, and Trebbi, while the Echo Investment was supported by Colliers and A&O Shearman.
Late last year, Echo sold Brain Park C to Greenstone Asset Management (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on November 10, 2025).
