Trigea Acquires Wola Center in Warsaw

Trigea Real Estate Fund has acquired Wola Center in central Warsaw from Hines Polska.

The office building was completed in 2013 and was acquired by Hines European Value Fund (HEVF 1) and managed by Hines Polska. It includes over 32,000 square meters of office space and 2,000 square meters of retail space.

CBRE and CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang advised on the deal.
