Enel-Med Expands Lease in TriGranit’s Signum Work Station in Warsaw

TriGranit has signed a lease agreement with the Enel-Med medical center for an additional 2,500 square meters of space at Signum Work Station in Warsaw.

As a result, the Polish medical company will continue operating its medical facility, present in the building since 2010, while also opening a new office headquarters. Under a separate agreement concluded in June 2025, Enel-Med is also occupying over 2,200 square meters of ground-floor service space at Signum Work Station, which houses its state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic center (reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on June 18, 2025).

According to TriGranit, founded in 1993, the Enel-Med Group is one of the largest Polish medical companies, providing comprehensive medical services across the country. The Group encompasses Enel-Med Medical Center, Enel-Med Stomatologia, Enel-Sport, Enel Senior, Estell, and the Dental Nobile clinic.

“Signum Work Station has been serving our patients for more than a decade, and we cannot imagine not continuing this cooperation,” commented ENEL-MED CEO Jacek Rozwadowski. “For the several thousand patients who use medical services here every day, this remains one of the most important healthcare locations in Warsaw. That is why we plan to keep expanding here and continue offering both existing and new patients access to a prestigious facility, highly rated specialists, and modern medical equipment. The expanded branch now integrates state-of-the-art oncology prevention, extensive imaging and laboratory diagnostics, and specialized outpatient services. At the same time, we are increasing our presence in this Warsaw building by creating a second company headquarters. Within the next few months, we will open a workspace for several hundred employees along with a training center.”

TriGranit Head of Leasing and Asset Management Marta Zawadzka said: “We are very pleased to be strengthening our cooperation with the Enel-Med Group,” added TriGranit Head of Leasing and Asset Management Marta Zawadzka. “Our partnership is a model example of a landlord–tenant relationship where mutual trust and the highest standards translate directly into organic business growth. The new office lease at Signum Work Station also reflects a prevailing market trend in which tenants primarily seek expansion opportunities within buildings where they already operate. We are also encouraged by the renewed interest in modern, functional office space in Warsaw’s Slużewiec district. Through the consistent re-commercialization of Signum Work Station, we have played a meaningful role in this trend. This transaction validates our joint strategy with DRFG: the acquisition and active management of high-potential assets that serve key, long-term sectors such as healthcare.”
