The property manager informed that it took over management of the Arkada Prostejov on November 28, 2025, which Fidurock acquired recently (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on December 3, 2025). The parks managed for Fidurock are located across the Czech Republic in: Stare Mesto u Uherskeho Hradiste, Chocen, Milevsko, Liberec, Mlada Boleslav, Tabor, Trutnov, and Prostejov. “We leverage synergies within the managed real estate portfolio for the benefit of our clients, for example, in optimizing energy management,” commented Blue Assets CZ Director Denisa Gelatkova. “We preserve the real estate asset value, and we are responsible for its efficient operation and optimal use. We believe that effective property management is the base of [a] successful real estate business, and we are delighted to welcome Fidurock among our clients.”

“Blue Assets met all our tender criteria and confirmed a high level of its expertise,” added Fidurock Asset Management Director Petr Vondrasek. “We see it as a strong player in property management. Its strengths include a wide range of services, including energy management, community energy frameworks, and the use of state-of-the-art technologies.
