Shopper Park Plus Closes EUR 100 Million Second Public Offering on Budapest Stock Exchange

Shopper Park Plus Nyrt has successfully closed its secondary public offering on the Budapest Stock Exchange, raising EUR 100 million.

Erste Group Bank was the sole global coordinator and bookrunner, while Concorde Ertekpapir and WOOD & Company were the join bookrunners.

Up to 9.3 million new shares, issued without subscription rights for existing shareholders, were offered to retail and institutional investors in Hungary and to selected institutional investors internationally. The final offer price was set through a bookbuilding process at EUR 10.8 per share, resulting in gross proceeds exceeding EUR 100 million. The proceeds from the capital increase are intended for acquisition projects, primarily in Poland and potentially in Romania or the Czech Republic.

Shopper Park Plus is a Hungarian real estate company focused on the ownership and leasing of retail parks.
