Panattoni Kicks Off Construction of Panattoni Park Bialystok III

Developer Panattoni has announced the commencement of construction of Panattoni Park Bialystok III in the Podlaskie Province.

According to the company, the investment, with an area of over 32,000 square meters, will be completed in the first quarter of 2026, with four tenants having already signed lease agreements: a courier company, a logistics operator, and two retail companies, one specializing in audio/video equipment and the other in cosmetics. They will occupy 4,400 square meters, 3,800 square meters, 3,000 square meters, and 8,500 square meters of warehouse and office space, respectively. In total, the park will employ over 300 people.

Bialystok and its surroundings are gaining importance as an emerging logistics center in north-eastern Poland. The region’s potential is influenced not only by the availability of qualified staff and academic facilities but also by the existing and planned transport infrastructure. The development of the Via Carpatia route, which in the coming years will connect Podlasie with northern and southern Europe, strengthening its role in international supply chains, is of key importance.

“Panattoni is consistently expanding its presence in north-eastern Poland, recognizing the region’s growing investment and logistics potential,” commented Panattoni Managing Director Dorota Jagodzinska-Sasson. “Bialystok is becoming an increasingly important point on the country’s economic map, both for local companies and for businesses seeking access to markets beyond the northern and eastern borders. Our projects in this region have set the standard for quality from the outset, attracting tenants from various sectors.”

“We have successfully finalized four lease agreements covering 75% of the space in the new facility,” added Panattoni Senior Leasing Manager Joanna Pilich. “This confirms that our offer is well-suited to local needs and the growing potential of the Podlasie market. Panattoni Park Bialystok III will provide a new impetus for business development in the region.”
