Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Radomil Charzynski Become Co-Heads of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Practice in Poland

Partners Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Radomil Charzynski have become the new Co-Heads of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Practice in Poland.

They have taken over from Managing Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, who has led the Real Estate Practice from 2017 to 2025.

Stankiewicz has been with the firm since 2015, when she joined as a Partner. Earlier, she worked with Norton Rose Fulbright as a Partner from 2008 to 2015 and with Chadbourne & Parke as a Partner from 2004 to 2008. She began her career working for Altheimer & Gray as a Lawyer, from 1995 to 2003.

Charzynski, who has also been the firm’s Deputy Managing Partner since 2021, has been with Greenberg Traurig since 2015, when he joined as a Partner. Earlier, he worked for Allen & Overy as a Counsel from 2010 to 2015 and as a Partner at SSW from 2008 to 2010.

“The ongoing growth of our firm and the expanding scope of our operations in the region have made it essential to distinguish between firm-wide management, which remains my responsibility, and the day-to-day leadership of one of our core market-leading practice areas,” Nowakowska-Zimoch commented. “In assuming the co-leadership of our Warsaw Real Estate Practice, Agnieszka and Radomil step into roles uniquely suited to their proven strengths. They are recognized market leaders with deep sector knowledge, outstanding transaction experience, and proven managerial skills. I am confident that under their joint leadership, our Real Estate Practice will continue to set new benchmarks for quality, innovation, and client trust.”
