Mennica Polska has taken over control of the Mennica Legacy Tower complex in Warsaw.
As reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 1, 2025, Rymarz Zdort Maruta advised Mennica Polska, FIP 11 Fizan, and Multico on a deal that ends “the dispute over its ownership, which has lasted for over 5 years.” Under the agreement, Mennica Polska assumed control of the project company and settled assumed liabilities via a EUR 135 million surcharge, which will enter the bankruptcy estate for creditor recoveries.
Mennica Legacy Tower consists of a complex of two office buildings in Warsaw’s Wola district, at the intersection of the Prosta and Zelazna streets. The property comprises a tower approximately 140 metres high and a lower western building, with a total of more than 65,000 square metres of office space. Mennica Polska was the key investor in the skyscraper.
